1. What this policy covers

This policy explains how we collect and use personal data when you visit tools.abdullahmaneka.com or subscribe to Maneka Repricer or our other software tools. We handle personal data in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

2. Data we collect

• Account details: your name, business name, email address and phone number.
• Billing details: your billing address, subscription plan and payment history. Card and bank details are collected and stored by Stripe, not by us. We only see limited information such as the card brand and last four digits.
• Service data: information needed to run the repricer for you, such as your store name, marketplace access you give us, listing and price data, and the pricing rules agreed with you.
• Support messages: anything you send us by email or WhatsApp.
• Technical data: basic logs such as IP address, browser type and access times, used for security and fixing problems.

3. How and why we use it

• To provide the Service you subscribed to, including running the repricer and giving you access (legal basis: performance of a contract).
• To take payments and keep accounting records (legal bases: contract and legal obligation).
• To send service emails such as receipts, payment reminders and important changes (legal basis: contract).
• To keep the Service secure and improve it (legal basis: our legitimate interests).

We do not sell your personal data. We will only send you marketing emails if you have agreed to receive them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the Service, under contracts that require them to protect it:

• Stripe, for payments and subscription billing (Stripe Privacy Policy).
• Our hosting provider, which stores the website and Service data.
• Our email provider, for sending and receiving emails.
• WhatsApp, if you choose to message our team there.

We may also share data where the law requires it, for example with HMRC or law enforcement.

5. International transfers

Our operations and support team works from Pakistan, so authorised staff may access your data from outside the UK. Some of our service providers may also process data outside the UK. Where this happens, we use appropriate safeguards required by UK law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, and limit access to what each person needs for their role.

6. How long we keep it

• Account and service data: for as long as your subscription is active, and up to 12 months after it ends, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
• Billing and invoice records: 6 years, as required for UK tax and accounting purposes.
• Technical logs: up to 90 days.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted staff access and secure payment processing through Stripe.

8. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

• ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
• ask us to correct or delete it;
• object to or ask us to restrict how we use it;
• ask for your data in a portable format;
• withdraw consent where we rely on it.

9. Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. When you subscribe, you are taken to Stripe's secure checkout page, which uses cookies needed for payments and fraud prevention, as described in Stripe's own policies.

10. Complaints

If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make significant changes, we will tell subscribers by email.
