    Which marketplaces does it work with?

    OnBuy and eBay.

    Do I need to log in to anything?

    No. Our team sets up and runs the repricer for you. You only manage your subscription and invoices.

    What does Keepa cost?

    Keepa is the price data service the repricer uses. It isn't included in the £10.99 subscription because its cost depends on how many listings you reprice. Our team will tell you the cost for your store before we start.

    Can it sell below my cost?

    No. You set a minimum price for every product, and the repricer never goes below it, even if a competitor does.

    Is my card safe?

    Yes. You enter payment details on Stripe's secure checkout. We never see or store your full card number.

    How do I cancel?

    Use Manage subscription or email support@abdullahmaneka.com. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

    What happens if a payment fails?

    We retry automatically and email you a link to update your payment method. Your access stays on for 3 days while you sort it out.

    Do I get an invoice?

    Yes. An invoice is emailed after every payment, and all past invoices are in Manage subscription.
